NASAL WASH ISOTONIC FORM

Nasal Irrigation is rinsing the nasal passage in other words rinsing the nose and sinuses. Also known as nasal wash, nasal lavage, nasal douche.

 

Its indications include rhinitis, common cold, septal perforations, nasal polyps, dryness of the nose, stuffiness, nasal discharge, feeling of pressure over the face, nasal and sinus diseases (infection, allergy...) causing chronic cough, biofilm formation control, providing nasal hygiene, smell and taste disorders due to chronic rhinitis and sinusitis.

 

High volume nasal irrigation is well tolerated, easy to apply, economical, its side effects are minimal and it reduces medical resource utilization.

 

  • Isotonic forms include:

  • Sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate

  • Application bottle and 25 mixture packages

  • There are forms available which include solely 50 mixture packages

  • Hyaluronic acid is a natural molecule found in the human

  • body acting as a cement between cells that connects cell.

  • Recent studies shows that Hyaluronic acid in the nasal 

  • washes has obtained positive results

 

When Hyaluronic acid is added to the nasal irrigation 

solutions:

 

  • Plays a role in development and repair of subcutaneous tissue.

  • Acts as a lubricant and increases the tissue hydration.

  • Hyaluronic Acid forms include:

  • Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and Hyaluronic Acid.

NASORINSE HYPERTONIC

  • Since hypertonic saline solution contains a high proportion

of NaCL the irrigation solution pulls water from the 

edematous mucosa, shrinks swollen membranes and 

increases mucociliary clearance.

- Reduction in chronic sinonasal symptoms

- Improvent in the quality of life.

NASORINSE SURFACTANT FORM

  • Surfactant added irrigation solution

 

Reduces the surface tension of the airway.

Reduces the viscosity of mucus with mucolytic effect.

Antimicrobial effect.

Breaks bacterial biofilms

Sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate.

Surfactant solution.

NAZALNEM NASAL DROPS

  • Moisturizes mucosa and helps to repair and heal.

  • Prevent dryness and formation of crusts in the nose.

  • Reduces the formation of crust after endoscopic sinus surgery, accelerate recovery, facilitates examination and tampon applications.

 

  • Reduces the toxic effects of benzalkonium chloride and xylometazoline which are used as a preservatives in nasal decongestants.
